Primary election day is Tuesday, July 30
Early voting is underway at the Carefree Town Council Chambers (33 Easy Street). Voting hours for each day are posted on the Carefree Voter Information webpage.
Arizona requires Identification when voting in person at the polls. You can find the list of acceptable Identification at the ID at the Polls webpages of Maricopa County or AZ Clean Elections.
The deadline for sending mail-in ballots has passed, but they can still be placed in the drop boxes at the Town Council Chambers location or at Carefree Town Hall (8 Sundial Circle) until election day.
We believe a basis for constructive civic engagement is an accurate and objective understanding of community issues, and we believe a community is stronger when more residents are engaged. We encourage Carefree voters to view the Carefree Town Candidate Forum that was sponsored in June by the Carefree Cave Creek Chamber of Commerce or to view Town Council candidates’ responses to the Candidate Questionnaire posted on our website.
We encourage all residents to vote and to participate in activities that benefit our community.
